Just a heads up, this business is basically run by one person. If he happens to be unwell, good luck getting your product. During the buying process, the service was top-notch, but once the machine arrived, it was like radio silence. Nayim wouldn't even reply to my WhatsApp messages. It's pretty disappointing. The printing quality is decent, and the machine feels solid, but the attention to detail leaves a lot to be desired. The 22-inch screen isn’t aligned right, the games aren’t configured for the screen size (screen resolution), and the manual is lacking. Honestly, this is way too expensive; you might want to look for alternatives.

This is an excellent item. The only downside might be the sound quality; there's a little bit of noise, and it ain't from the audio (amps + speakers) since I tried it with some powered speakers and got the same issue. Overall, it's a fantastic unit!!

Right from when I placed my order online, I got a call the next day to verify my order and the delivery date, which was actually sooner than expected. There was a small hiccup with DHL, so it showed up a couple of days late because of the weekend. But honestly, the service was top-notch, super helpful, and the machine itself is fantastic. It really takes me back to my younger days playing these games at the arcade or down at the local chip shop. I’d definitely recommend it. The quality is great, and it’s built to last. Totally worth the price!

I gotta say, this was an awesome buy. My husband and kids are really into it. It showed up super fast and was a breeze to assemble. The customer support was fantastic; I received a few calls to confirm the order and then to inform me it was on its way. Thought they were just great.

What can I say? The level of detail from Arcade Mania is just phenomenal! They informed me about all the products I could choose from before I made my decision on the build. If crafting arcade machines were an Olympic event, they'd definitely take home the gold! The customization service is top-notch, adding that little extra touch. I can’t say enough good things about these folks. I reached out on a Friday to ask about the various machines they offer and had a great chat with a friendly guy named Hussein who explained everything to me. I placed my order that same day, and by today (Wednesday), it’s already in my living room. Hussein kept me in the loop with tons of pictures during the assembly and provided updates on the delivery. The machine itself is just amazing. I’ve owned a few arcade machines over the years, but this one is on a whole different level. Big thanks to the Arcade Mania crew, especially Hussein.
